The defining media of one generation is coming to what may end up being the defining media of today. According to Xbox Wire, Microsoft and Twentieth century Fox are bringing the Simpson family to Minecraft as a skin pack, which will also include nearly 20 other popular identities from Springfield.
The pack will set players back $1.99 USD on Xbox One and Xbox 360, arriving in late February. Whether kids will want to play with their parents toys in their own I’m not sure, but with the creativity of the Minecraft community it wouldn’t surprise me to see the entire series recreated at some point.
