Bloodstained, the spiritual successor to Castlevania, has been a success on Kickstarter, raising over $3.8 million at the time of writing. With an initial goal of just $500,000 and three days left of the campaign, it’s safe to say that there is a desire amongst the gaming community for this type of game.
In a new video from the developers, fans get a glimpse of the game in action for the first time with Developers Koji Igarashi and Yuji Natsume playing through an early build.

Igarashi and Natsume discuss enemies, game speed and balance and more. Bloodstained recently reached the stretch goal for a port to PlayStation Vita and will be released for PC, PS4, Wii U and Xbox One.
