Modder JulioNIB has taken the traversal mechanic from Just Cause 2 and inserted it into Grand Theft Auto V, allowing players to fly around Los Santos with the grapple gun and parachute combination.
The mod isn’t perfect, with the grapple cable vanishing on occasion and some odd glitches, but it does allow you to fly through the city and to the tops of buildings with speed and with ease.

The grappling hook can do more than just hook onto buildings in the mod though. It can be used to grab vehicles and bystanders and players are able to chain multiple targets together. JulioNIB says that he is working on making it so players are able to steal cars while grappling or standing on their roof.
Grand Theft Auto V is available now for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
