The Amazing Spider-Man 3 has been pushed back two full years in cinemas to make way for Uncharted and The Sinister Six according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Amazing Spider-Man 3 will now be released 4 May 2018 while The Sinister Six will release 11 November 2016 and Uncharted will hit cinemas 10 June 2016, the previous release date for Spider-Man 3.
A film based on Uncharted has been in the works as far back as 2008 with Mark Wahlberg attached to star with Neil Burger — Limitless, Divergent — and David O. Russell — The Figher, Silver Linings Playbook — reportedly directing at one time.
Mark Wahlberg is no longer set to star as Nathan Drake and the film will now be directed by Seth Gordon director of The King of Kong.
