Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League delayed until February 2024

... is that enough time to kill all the live service stuff?

Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League has been delayed again, this time from May 2023 until February 2024.

“We have made the tough but necessary decision to take the time needed to work on getting the game to be the best quality experience for players,” reads a release from developer Rocksteady.

“Thank you to our amazing community for the continued support, patience and understanding. There is much more to share in the months ahead and we look forward to seeing you in Metropolis in next year.”

Rumours began to swirl last month about this delay, and followed a rather lacklustre showing of the title.

As we reported, fans were vocal about myriad live service elements alongside the need for characters including the behemoth that is King Sharks relying upon gear and guns rather than their abilities. The gameplay reveal came at the same time fans realised that Suicide Squad needs a persistent online connection to play.

Players can now expect Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League from 2 February on Windows PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PS5.
