Starlink Battle for Atlas will feature Star Fox‘s Fox McCloud on Nintendo Switch, Ubisoft today detailed.
The publisher also confirmed a 16 October release date for the game across all platforms:

Ubisoft used its press conference to gift Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto a toys-to-live version of Fox McCloud’s spaceship.
