WildStar pulled from Australian shelves; is it going free-to-play?

Games.on.net yesterday reported that retail copies of WildStar have been returned its distributor, with an EB Games employee also confirming that their stock was pulled “a few weeks ago.”

While not yet confirmed, it’s assumed the move has been done ahead of the game going free-to-play. The same happened to The Elder Scrolls Online in Australia ahead of its new F2P model.

We’ll keep you informed as we learn more.
