Possible Destiny expansion content leaked

A Reddit user ‘megamanexe4’ has posted a collection of leaked screenshots from what they claim is content from “House of Wolves”, the next Destiny expansion.

Aside from a lot of pictures of new gear, the leak reveals the Weekly Nightfall Strike will be set at level 32. Additional new content includes a Strike, Raid and three Crucible maps.

Destiny‘s Community Manager, DeeJ, didn’t exactly deny the leak in the thread, but did indicate that the data could be merely a placeholder, potentially overwritten at any time before release.

The post potentially confirms the leaked data was legit, with DeeJ saying “any stats or assumptions about power or impact” are months old and “do not reflect the things that we’re doing to adapt to what you’ve taught us about Destiny.”

With that last comment, DeeJ seems to reiterate Bungie’s assertion that lessons have been learnt from the game’s most recent expansion, “The Dark Below”.

The biggest deal for some players will be the 19 May date of release the leak contains, leaving Destiny players nearly four months to chew on the current content set before being offered something new.
