The Wall Street Journal has started back up rumours that the Nintendo NX will be both a console and a portable gaming device.
The newspapre cites sources that allege the NX could “include both a console and at least one mobile unit that could either be used in conjunction with the console or taken on the road for separate use”.
The sources continue to allege that software development kits have already been distributed to select developers, and that the NX may come as early as next year.
Nintendo hasn’t commented on this recent batch of rumours.
