Rugby League 2021 game confirmed by NRL

A new Rugby League 2021 game has been confirmed by the NRL and will continue to be published by TruBlu, an email has today confirmed.

“We are currently working on a new release for the 2021 season and we will be sure to let supporters know once a release date has been confirmed,” an email from the NRL sent today to an inquisitive fan reads (with thanks to Press-Start cause we royally mucked up our tip).

The last title in the long-running franchise, Rugby League Live 4, was released back in 2017. We gave it a 6.5/10 in our review, saying, “if you can’t make the FIFA of rugby league, make the Blitz or Street of league instead.”

Platforms and other specifics weren’t detailed, but we’ll of course keep you informed as we learn more.
