Resident Evil RE:Verse release date set for 28 October

Finally.

Resident Evil RE:Verse, the multiplayer title that was meant to be bundled alongside Resident Evil Village, has a new release date of 28 October.

The title has been delayed so many times since May 2021 that we’ve frankly lost count.

RE:Verse is an entirely online affair featuring iconic characters like Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield, Jack Baker and the Nemesis as they square off locations all around the Raccoon City Police Department.

That same date also sees the release of Resident Evil Village‘s Gold Edition, which will bring new Mercenaries characters, a third-person camera and new story content in Shadows of Rose.

Resident Evil Village is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S & X, PS4 and PS5. RE:Verse will now follow on 28 October 2022.
