Techland’s zombie survival horror title Dying Light is due out at the end of the month, with a tie-in novel announced today that will serve as a prequel to the game story. Dying Light: Nightmare Row is being written by Raymond Benson, author of several James Bond novels and previous experience in video game novel writing with Metal Gear Solid, Hitman, Homefront and Splinter Cell books on his resume.
The novel will focus on the days leading up to the outbreak, but it is unknown whether the characters will tie in to the game storyline. Release date and price details will be announced soon.
