Pokemon Let’s Go, Pokemon Go transfers detailed

Pokemon Let’s Go and Pokemon Go transfers were today detailed by Nintendo.

Players will be able to use a Bluetooth connection to transfer captured Pokémon from Pokémon Go into Pokémon Let’s Go between your iOS or Android handheld and the Switch. Once transferred, those Pokémon will be held in Pokémon Let’s Go‘s Go Park Complex, which is located in Fuchsia City.

The Go Park Complex will let players hold up to 1,000 Pokémon — 50 Pokémon inside each of the Complex’s 20 Go Parks.

To actually use a Pokémon from the Go Park, a players will first need to find and catch them (again, really).

Pokémon Go accounts aren’t tied to Pokémon Let’s Go, so you can basically transfer from any Pokémon Go account you’d like into Let’s Go. Neat, eh? Hopefully you’ve got nice friends and family.

Pokémon Let’s Go! Pikachu and Eevee heads to Nintendo Switch on 16 November. Pokémon Go is available now on iOS and Android devices.
