P.T. removed from PlayStation Store, able to be re-downloaded if previously ‘purchased’

Following Konami’s cancellation of Silent HillsP.T. has been removed from the PlayStation Store and is no longer available for ‘purchase’.

All is not lost for fans of the demo though. If you’ve previously ‘purchased’ and downloaded the title from the Store, you’re still able to re-download P.T. from your PS4 library, much the same as any other previously downloaded title.

Prior to its removal from the PlayStation Store, neither Konami, nor Sony would comment on whether P.T. would be able to be downloaded again, but thankfully it can be. P.T.’s official website now reads “P.T. is no longer available for download, we appreciate any previous support of the game.”

P.T. was a playable teaser for the then in development Silent Hills. Following Hideo Kojima’s split from KonamiSilent Hills was cancelled.
