Nintendo launches Zelda: Breath of the Wild competition; winners can play the game at EB Expo 2016

Nintendo of Australia has recently advised how EB Expo 2016 attendees can play The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Select attendees will be able to play using a Play Pass, obtained through Nintendo’s “How Hyrule Are You?” competition.

Here’s what Nintendo had to say:

Tell us “How Hyrule Are You?” by showing your enthusiasm for The Legend of Zelda series.

Get those creative Lava Juices flowing and share with us a photo, video or link that showcases your enthusiasm for The Legend of Zelda series.

Perhaps a photo of your prized Zelda collection, a drawing of your favourite character (Tingle?), a musical number, or your most impressive Zelda-themed Cosplay outfit – the only limit is your imagination!

A letter from the Princess may be accepted…

This news contradicts earlier reports that the demo would be limited to 333 players who had previously purchased four Zelda games direct from EB. Nintendo has not confirmed how many players will win the chance to play.

Winners also need a valid entry ticket to EB Expo 2016, which runs over 30 September to 2 October in Sydney.
