Nintendo E3 2019 events, livestreams confirmed

Nintendo has today confirmed its livestreams and events that will take place over E3 2019.

Here’s what to expect and when.

Nintendo Direct E3 2019

Nintendo’s Nintendo Direct E3 2019 presentation will livestream across the globe from 2.00 am AEST on 12 June (or check your timezone here).

“The presentation, which focuses entirely on software, will offer a look at games scheduled to launch in 2019,” Nintendo confirmed.

Nintendo Treehouse

As in previous years, Nintendo will host a Treehouse event that will be held across E3 itself.

“The livestream hosted by Nintendo of America’s Treehouse staff right from Nintendo’s E3 booth returns to give viewers a deeper look into select games, along with commentary by those who know the games best,” Nintendo advised.

eSports tournaments

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Splatoon 2 tournaments will take place over E3 2019, with the team-based 3v3 Super Smash Bros. Ultimate World Championship 2019 and Splatoon 2 World Championship 2019 events both kicking off at 4.00 am AEST on 9 June.

E3 2019 takes place over 11-13 June in Los Angeles, California, USA. A full list of E3 2019 press conferences and events can be found here.
