Famitsu today reports that Resident Evil: Vendetta, the latest CGI film in the popular franchise, will head to theatres in Japan in May next year.
From 27 May, those in Japan can head to a big-screen to watch the film, set in the same universe and with the same characters as in Capcom’s Resident Evil games.
There’s no word on western availability.
The next live-action Resident Evil film, The Final Chapter, heads to Aussie theatres in January 2017. Also available in January 2017 is Resident Evil 7, the latest game in the long-running series.
