Immortals of Aveum delayed to 22 August

Immortals of Aveum has been delayed to 22 August, developer Ascendant Studios has today confirmed.

“The recent feedback to the game proves to us what we already felt: that Immortals of Aveum is something special,” Ascendant’s Bret Robbins said in a post explaining the delay.

“In order to realize our full vision, we are going to take a few extra weeks, making our new launch date Tuesday, August 22nd,” Robbins continued. “This will give us time to further polish the game, finish optimizing all platforms, and deliver a strong launch. We owe it to ourselves and to you to get this right.”

The FPS with magic instead of guns was first announced in April of this year; further gameplay debuted in May.

Originally planned for 20 July, you can now expect Immortals of Aveum on Windows PC via Steam, EA App and the Epic Games Store alongside Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PS5 from 22 August.
