House of Ashes was named as the third — and perhaps final — in Supermassive’s Dark Pictures Anthology, teased in the middle of the game before an actual teaser trailer that follows it.
Those who find a postcard of a witch inside the game will get the first tease — shown at the start of the video below — before a proper trailer airs after the game’s credits roll (just like Little Hope was teased at the end of Man of Medan).
Like Man of Medan used Shawn Ashmore and Little Hope Will Poulter as star power, House of Ashes will star High School Musical‘s Ashley Tisdale.
The Dark Pictures House of Ashes will be available in 2021. We reviewed Little Hope here, taking note that its in-game Curator hinted the next game may be the last in The Dark Pictures Anthology.
