Details of NBA 2K19‘s MyCareer mode have today been shared, including voice actors from stage and screen.
Of note, MyCareer will feature performances by Haley Joel Osment (The Sixth Sense, Silicon Valley), Anthony Mackie (Avengers, Altered Carbon), Michael Rapaport (Atypical, White Famous), Aldis Hodge (Straight Outta Compton, Hidden Figures) and Rob Huebel (Transparent, Bob’s Burgers).
The NBA 2K19 MyCareer storyline is titled, “The Way Back” and starts off in the Chinese Basketball League. From there, you’re tasked to make it and work towards the NBA itself. A trailer for MyCareer is below.
Those who want to play the first chapter of MyCareer will get the chance to do so from 31 August thanks to NBA 2K19 The Prelude, a demo that precedes the game.
The NBA 2K19 Standard Edition heads to Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Switch on 11 September. A special 20th Anniversary Edition is available from 7 September.
