A mod for Grand Theft Auto V on PC allows players to become a member of the San Andreas Police Department, much like previous mods for GTAIV and San Andreas.
The mod is currently in alpha and is available from Palm Beach Games. Players can go on patrol, receive call-outs to respond to, request back-up, pull vehicles over, get involved in car chases, frisk suspects, unlock perks etc, go on patrol with the K9 unit and much more.
Palm Beach Games currently warns players from installing the mod as Rockstar’s latest update to GTAV which causes issues with all mods. A fix is being worked on, but for now the advice is to be patient. At least you have the whole of Grand Theft Auto V to keep you occupied with in the meantime.
