Ghost Recon Wildlands to introduce loot boxes

Ghost Recon Wildlands will soon add its own version of loot boxes, called Battle Crates.

Battle Crates will offer up cosmetic items only, and can be purchased from the in-game store for 400 Credits. They will unlock three items per crate, and never offer duplicates. Crates will be split into two categories, Spec Ops and Ghost War, though items from any box will be able to be used in single-player, co-op and Ghost War modes.

Spec Ops Crates will contain Epic weapons, Exotic weapons, vehicles and other cosmetics while Ghost War Crates will offer Exotic weapons, customisation items and Icons.

Moreover, players will be able to redeem two free Crates via the Ubisoft Club.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4. It recently introduced The Predator to the mix.
