Rockstar has announced its Halloween plans for GTA Online on its Newswire and players are in for plenty of treats; no tricks.
From now until 16 November, Rockstar will be adding two new vehicles, masks, face paint and new modes to GTA Online. Any items acquired will remain in players’ inventory after the event too, so don’t worry about losing anything.
The Lurcher Hearse and Franken Stange will be available for players to own and drive and can be customised with 20 new bobbleheads. The new bobbleheads can also be added to the dash of any lowrider vehicle.
New masks and 30 types of facepaint will be available at Vespucci Movie Masks and will be available for crews tackling Heists. Finally, the new multiplayer mode — Slasher Adversary — is an 8-player mode that tasks 7 players with hiding, while one player stalks them with a shotgun. Those hiding can use their flashlight to navigate the darkness, but doing so may attract the killer. Surviving 3-minutes give a chance to become the killer.
GTA Online’s Halloween events will run until 16 November on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
