GeForce Now leaves beta in US, Europe; Stadia competitor $5/mo

GeForce Now, a Stadia competitor that streams PC games over the internet to a device of your choice, has now left its long running beta in both the USA and Europe.

Priced at $5 USD a month, the service lets you stream PC games that you already own to a Windows PC, Mac, Shield TV or Android mobile device. GeForce Now supports game clients including Steam, the Epic Games Store, Battle.net and Uplay. There’s also access to unlimited 1-hour trials without the need to input a credit card.

While it’s great news for those with access to the service, it’s the same ol’ for Australians; we likely don’t have access because of high bandwidth requirements. GeForce Now requires GeForce NOW requires at least 15Mbps download speeds for 720p at 60fps and 25 Mbps download speeds for 1080p at 60fps.
