First 10 tracks included in Guitar Hero Live revealed, 19 artists announced

Over the weekend the first 10 tracks to be included in Guitar Hero Live were revealed on Facebook, alongside 19 artists who will appear in the rebooted franchise.

The 10 tracks are;

  • “Sing” – Ed Sheeran
  • “Best Day of My Life” – American Authors
  • “What Doesn’t Kill You” – Jake Bugg
  • “Don’t Owe You a Thang” – Gary Clark, Jr.
  • “Asleep at the Wheel” – Band of Skulls
  • “Little Talks” – Of Monsters and Men
  • “Cry of Achilles” – Alter Bridge
  • “Sounds Like Balloons” – Biffy Clyro
  • “Sometimes” – Blitz Kids
  • “Under the Pressure” – The War on Drugs

In addition to the 10 artists who perform the above songs, it’s also been confirmed that Guitar Hero Live will feature Fall Out Boy, Green Day, The Killers, The Black Keys, The Lumineers, My Chemical Romance, Pierce the Veil, The Rolling Stones and Skrillex.

gh-live-artistsAs seen in the image on Facebook, songs have a range of challenges with each of them locked until the previous one has been completed. The image also includes a notation regarding a “Premium Show Requirement”, however what that means is unknown at this time.

The Facebook post promises “hundreds of song” at launch, so what we’ve seen so far is just scratching the surface.

Guitar Hero Live was announced earlier this month and will feature a brand new guitar controller and live video footage from a first person perspective. It will arrive for PS3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One this Spring.
