Final Fantasy 7 Revelation is the final game in the Remake trilogy

And it's coming to all platforms at launch -- no more exclusives!

Final Fantasy 7 Revelation is the third and final game in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake trilogy, Square Enix today announced at Summer Game Fest.

Alongside the debut of Vincent Valentine, Square Enix also confirmed that Final Fantasy 7 Revelation will head to all platforms at launch rather than launching as a PS5 exclusive.

“As the world teeters on the brink of annihilation, the final battle against Sephiroth begins,” Square Enix said of the upcoming sequel. “A meteor mars the sky, monstrous planetary guardians wreak havoc across the globe, and the fires of war rage.”

“Now, Cloud and his companions must stand against this chaos to not only decide the planet’s fate, but bring a legendary conflict to its conclusion,” Square Enix concluded.

Expect Final Fantasy 7 Revelation in mid 2026 on Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS5, and Switch 2.
