Fallout 76 glitch means players have visited Vault 63

Fallout 76 glitch means players have gained entry to the locked Valut 63.

Redditor McStaken said she and her team “entered the vault accidentally while doing a Rad-Rat Horde event.” Stuck in the Vault, which originally was planned to feature inside a team quest cut from the game before launch, the redditor decided to take pictures and chronicle her time in the secret space.

The user said she’s “also submitted a ticket to Bethesda Support,” and “very nicely asked them not to ban me.” Those fears are valid — Bethesda has swung the banhammer at users who entered a secret developer’s room in past.

Fallout 76 is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.

Update: We incorrectly identified McStaken as a male gamer in our original article. We’ve since corrected this and apologise profusely to her for the mistake.
