SMITE Pro League Season 5 kicks off tomorrow, Hi-Rez Studios has detailed.
Starting at 4.00 am AEDT tomorrow, Wednesday 21 March, the first game of Season 5 will feature NRG Esports and Team Rival. It’s followed on Friday by eUnited and Spacestation Gaming.
“Season 5 of Smite is shaping up to be the best one yet, with a brand new Conquest map, the addition of many new team orgs, a more stable league structure and guaranteed minimum salary for players,” said Todd Harris, COO of Hi-Rez Studios.
Hi-Rez also detailed a partnership with Mixer to bring the matches to fans.
“We also look forward to innovating on the production and broadcast all season long in cooperation with the Mixer platform,” Harris added.
SMITE Pro League matches will be broadcast exclusively on Mixer each week between Wednesday through until Saturday.
