Macca’s Winter Stream teams Midbeast, Kiittwy with The Chiefs

Playing together... & lovin’ it.

The Macca’s Winter Stream event will pair League of Legends personalities Midbeast and Kiittwy with The Chiefs Esports team for shenanigans aplenty on 21 August.

The event is a pairing of (leagues of) legends, with former pro player Midbeast touting close to a million followers on Twitch and The Chiefs hot on an 21-0 win streak at the time of writing. The powerhouses will be joined by popular commentator Kiittwy, who’s sure to offer up additional flavour and expertise as a highly successful ranked LoL player herself.

Kiitwy and Midbeast will surely be able to offer up some tips and tricks to Australia’s #1 LoL team ahead of The Chiefs’ apperance at the League of Legends LCO Split 2 Grand Final at Dreamhack Melbourne in September. If successful, The Chiefs will continue onto the LoL World Championship in October.

The Chiefs’ Alex Glenn and Ayekay, together with Midbeast and Kiittwy, will take advantage of the Esports team’s Queenland house — and what a house it is — for some LAN scrimmage, hangs and, of course, the chance to offer up some neat prizes to those who watch. Of note is a limited edition co-branded Chiefs + Maccas hoodie that’s bound to turn heads.

This Macca’s Winter Stream follows a highly successful Summer Stream initiative that paired up unlikely Aussie legends including Muselk & AussieAntics, Crayator & Loserfruit, Kiki & Ayekay, and Jacko G Freak & longtime friend of the site, Cripsy. In Macca’s’ own familiar parlance, it’s Aussies “playing together and lovin’ it”.

The Macca’s Winter Stream takes place all day on 21 August via Midbeast’s Twitch channel.
