Here are the ESA’s “Most Anticipated” E3 2021 Awards winners

Okey dokey.

The Entertainment Software Associaton (ESA) has today detailed the games it has issued “Most Anticipated” E3 2021 Awards to.

A lacklustre overall E3 2021 notwithstanding, the list is pretty strange, complete with categories for “Most Anticipated Gearbox” game… of which a total of one new one was announced this year.

Overall, Xbox and Bethesda were the big winners, with honours for best presentation alongside “Overall Most Anticipated” game in Forza Horizon 5 and “Most Anticipated Xbox/Bethesda” title in Halo Infinite.

At any rate, the full list of winners is below.

  • Overall Most Anticipated: Forza Horizon 5, Microsoft Game Studios
  • Best presentation: Microsoft: Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase
  • Most Anticipated Capcom: The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles
  • Most Anticipated Gearbox Entertainment: Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
  • Most Anticipated Indie Games: Falling Frontier
  • Most Anticipated Intellivision: Asteroids
  • Most Anticipated Nintendo: Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2
  • Most Anticipated PC Gaming Show: Songs of Conquest
  • Most Anticipated Freedom Games: Airborne Kingdom
  • Most Anticipated Future Games Show: Immortality
  • Most Anticipated Square Enix: Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy
  • Most Anticipated Ubisoft: Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope
  • Most Anticipated Xbox/Bethesda: Halo: Infinite
  • Most Anticipated Yooreka Studio: Loopmancer
