NetherRealm Studios Creative Director Ed Boon has moved from cryptic to very direct clues when it comes to a new Mortal Kombat game.
Boon has embraced elements of a Reddit post that have shown off a broken spine alongside the Mortal Kombat logo and a slogan which reads, “Who’s next?”. His Twitter display picture is now an MK logo, and the “Who’s next?” slogan is now Boon’s cover image.
If that wasn’t enough, a recent tweet has basically sealed the deal:
I don't suppose there's anything I can do to make you think we still MIGHT be announcing Injustice 2 in #five days is there…..?
