Techland has today announced an expansion to their acclaimed survival game Dying Light, titled “The Following”. It will be “feature-heavy and story-based”, available both as a standalone purchase or free for season pass owners.
The big addition with “The Following” is vehicles, with a new map that is as big as the entire original game able to be explored in all-terrain dirt buggies. Techland is also taking player feedback into account to develop an experience that “is first and foremost, for the fans” according to Dying Light producer Tymon Smektala.
More details will be coming at Gamescom in August. Dying Light is available now for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
