Dragon Age: Origins free on PC right now

As hype builds for the November release of Dragon Age: Inquisition, PC gamers unfamiliar with the series get a chance to catch up as the original game, Dragon Age: Origins, is now free for PC users through EA’s game service Origin and the ‘On the House’ program.

You’ll need an Origin account, but the game is yours to keep forever once you claim it. You can also grab Bejeweled 3 through the program if you wish. I’m not sure how representative Dragon Age: Origins is of what type of game Inquisition will be, but it was a great game in its own right and worth checking out for those who missed it back in 2009. Get in quick, the deal expires 15 October.
