The Division 2 is moving from Manhattan to Washington, DC, and sadly, leaving your original agents behind.
Ubisoft today told Stevivor that characters from The Division will not be carried into The Division 2.
“We will not be able to transition your character from [The Division],” Senior Producer Cristian Pana told Stevivor. “But we have a program that will reward your playtime — your investment — in The Division 1.”
It’s called the Shield program and will be available in The Division 1, Pana continued.
[It] is a programe with high challenges, commendations — and by completing them you’re gonna get the awards not only in Division 1 but also in Division 2. And that is a bit of legacy, if you want, rewards, that we wanted to give to all our players.”
We’re trying to get more information on the Shield program now.
The Division 2 heads to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 on 15 March 2019.
