"A whole new speed of hero" -- what?
The first Sonic the Hedgehog movie poster was today released and fans are, well, terrified.
And by “terrified” we mean in pretty much every sense — that Sonic’s a mutated looking dude, that he’s oddly muscular, that the movie’s tagline makes little sense… and, ultimately, that these are all bad omens for the film itself.
You can check out the poster in full below:
What do you think of Sonic, above? Are you missing his gloves? His dumpy proportions? The fact that he used to look cute and not intimidating?
The internet’s not crazy about the makeover:
guys we can't use sonic's actual design in a movie it would look weird pic.twitter.com/HUSCaz1Y6q

That moment when a fucking car insurance ad shows Sonic in live action better than the Hollywood movie. pic.twitter.com/A8XlPWtmmQ

ok so i saw that sonic movie poster that's going around and it reminded me of that one fan film from a few years back and i can't believe the fan film has a more aesthetically pleasing design than the official movie pic.twitter.com/xySMIJqo1g
