Rumours of Diablo 3 on Nintendo Switch have been swirling for so long now that both Nintendo and Blizzard have decided to finally announce the game in a rather humourous manner.
Nintendo’s Reggie Fils-Aime and Blizzard’s Mike Morhaime finally made the announcement in the video shown below. Reggie’s acting is much improved; we’re impressed.
As accidentally leaked yesterday, Diablo 3 – Eternal Collection comes with the base game, all DLC and some special Nintendo-themed items including the Legend of Ganondorf cosmetic armor set, Cucco pet, Tri-Force portrait frame and Echoes of the Mask cosmetic wings.
Diablo 3 heads to Nintendo Switch later this year. A proper release date wasn’t announced.
