Devil May Cry 5 domain registered by Capcom ahead of E3 2018

Devil May Cry 5 domain has been registered by Capcom, just days ahead of E3 2018.

Users of Resetera have uncovered the domain name registration — DevilMayCry5.com — made by GMO Internet on behalf of Capcom. GMO has acted for the publisher in the past, registering websites for Resident Evil 7 and Monster Hunter 2.

Most recently, GMO has registered domains for a potential Devil May Cry sequel as well as the previously announced Resident Evil 2 Remake. The latter game’s website has recently been updated, perhaps ahead of a second E3 2018 announcement. Interesting, it looks like the RE2 website has been taken offline after this discovery.

The announcements are pure speculation, but one thing’s for sure — Capcom’s getting websites together for some reason or another.

Are you excited about the prospect of Devil May Cry 5? We’ll have more on it — and the Resident Evil 2 Remake — as it comes to light.
