Independent developer and Redditor CrossVR has created software called Revive that patches Oculus Rift games so they’re playable with the HTC Vive virtual reality headset.
“It works by reimplementing functions from the Oculus Runtime and translating them to OpenVR calls,” Revive’s GitHub states.
Two games — Lucky’s Tale and Oculus Dreamdeck have been tested with Revive. An Xbox One controller is required rather than a Vive controller.
