DC FanDome 2021 event coming this October

Get ready, DC fans.

DC FanDome 2021 has been confirmed for October, Warner Bros has today revealed.

Just like last year, the 16 October event — likely 17 October here in Australia — will offer up new details on DC comics, films, TV shows and, of course, video games.

While nothing has been confirmed as yet, it’s likely DC FanDome 2021 will offer up more information on two DC games previously announced: Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League and Warner Bros Montreal’s Gotham Knights.

Gotham Knights is set in a world where Batman’s been killed and instead focusses on Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing and Red Hood as the heroes take on the Court of Owls. The title is playable in single-player mode but will also offer up drop-in, drop-out two-player co-op. Sadly, Gotham Knights was expected this year but was recently delayed into 2022.

Less is known about Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League — besides the fact that it’s set within the same world as Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham series — so hopefully we’ll get a deep dive in October.

We’ll have more on DC FanDome 2021 as it’s announced.
