Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition bundles main game, Phantom Liberty

Surprise?

Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition was today announced by CD Projekt Red, and goes one step forward from an existing bundle by… bundling the main game and its Phantom Liberty DLC in one package.

Slight ribbing aside, we loved both Cyberpunk 2077 and its Phantom Liberty, as evidenced by our reviews.

“The most important thing that everyone needs to know about Cyberpunk 2077 is that while it’s imperfect, it is without a doubt a superb game,” Jay wrote at release… and better yet, the game’s been patched numerous times to slightly address these concerns (and probably more).

“CD Projekt Red worked hard to make the game FUN in every way it could be,” added Matt in his review of Phantom Liberty and the title’s 2.0 update. “Add to this an exciting spy-thriller story full of interesting characters I’ll actually remember, and you’ve got a hell of a DLC on your hands.”

Cyberpunk 2077 also won our Best RPG of 2021 award.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5. Phantom Liberty is too, on those same platforms — sadly minus last-gen consoles — and Ultimate Edition becomes available on current-gen and PC from 5 December.
