Current-gen Star Wars Jedi Survivor coming to PS4, Xbox One

Eep.

Currently current-gen only, Star Wars Jedi Survivor is being ported to last-gen’s PS4 and Xbox One.

In an earnings call, EA CEO Andrew Wilson said the last-gen port was due to the “strength of this legendary franchise” alongside “community demand.”

While this news will be looked upon favourably by those who’ve yet to dive into current-gen consoles the PS5, Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X, there’s also reason for concern: while it wasn’t really picked up in Alex’s review on PC, console versions of the title have been known to chug. I’ve encountered some pretty serious framerate drops myself on Xbox Series X, so I’m not sure how that’s going to translate to the last-gen Xbox One.

No release date for the last-gen releases was made.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PS5.
