Classic Pokémon Red, Blue & Yellow heading to 3DS

At its Nintendo Direct today, the publisher confirmed Pokémon classics Red, Yellow and Blue are heading to the 3DS.

The games will be as true to their original counterparts as possible, the publisher also confirmed. One exception will be that Nintendo will mimic link cable functionality through wifi instead.

Expect 3DS versions of Pokémon Red, Yellow and Blue from 27 February 2016.
