Chiefs take on Dire Wolves in the first ever League of Legends Oceanic Pro League Final

After seven weeks of competition in the first ever split of the League of Legends Oceanic Pro League just two teams remain.

This Thursday 9 April The Chiefs Esports Club will take on the Dire Wolves in the Oceanic Pro League Final. The two teams are competing to be the first ever winners of the Oceanic Pro League, earning themselves $16,000 AUD prize money and the chance to represent Oceania at the International Wild Card Invitational in Turkey later this month.

Chiefs are heading into the Final as hot favourites after a dominant season, culminating in their 3 – 0 victory over Team Immunity in last weeks Semi Final. Dire Wolves shouldn’t be overlooked though, maintaining an impressive record through the split and beating tough opponents Legacy Esports 3 – 1 in their Semi FInal match.
