Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare includes a 3D-printer gun

As Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is set in the future, developer’s Sledgehammer Games can take some creative license with the weaponry featured within. Which is just what it’s done as it’s been revealed in GameInformer that a gun that prints its own ammo has been included.

Known as the 3D-Printer Gun, it requires a liquid to be poured into it and will then use the internal 3D-printer to create its own bullets. Apparently the creation of bullets is faster than loading a new clip into the gun.

Alongside the 3D-Printer gun are some screens of a Plasma rifle and various other Advanced Warfare gadgetry in GameInformer this month.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be available for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
