Bayonetta Origins Cereza and the Lost Demon demo now available

Try before you buy.

A Bayonetta Origins Cereza and the Lost Demon demo is now available ahead of the game’s release date later this month.

“The left Joy-Con controller is used to move Cereza and bind enemies with her magic, while the right Joy-Con controller moves Cheshire to slash and chomp foes,” Nintendo said, describing gameplay.

“With the game’s enchanting, storybook-inspired visuals, each area looks like it has been painted carefully by hand. By exploring the forest, players can find magical objects that will assist them. In addition, approachability options such as reducing damage or automating certain controls, can help newcomers and Bayonetta fans alike to enjoy the game.”

Progress can, of course, be transferred into the full game should you wish to purchase it.

A new trailer, below, also illustrates what can be expected.

Expect Bayonetta Origins Cereza and the Lost Demon on Nintendo Switch from 17 March; the demo is available to download now from the Nintendo eShop.
