Battlefield single-player campaign coming from Battlefield Seattle

That's right: a new EA studio.

A new Battlefield single-player campaign is in the works at new EA studio, Battlefield Seattle.

As per job listings, EA’s newest studio is “focused on building rich, exciting stories with memorable characters and powerful experiences all in the Battlefield universe” and is currently on the hunt for roles including Lead Mission Designer and Design Director.

Specifically, the Design Director will be expected to “define and lead the design efforts necessary for creating a best-in-class single player campaign experience,” according to a listing.

We don’t know much about what Battlefield Seattle is creating as yet, but we do know who’s at the helm: co-creator of Halo Marcus Lehto heads the studio and reports to Titanfall‘s Vince Zampella.

We’ll have more on Battlefield Seattle as it’s made available.
