Batman: Arkham Knight has some launch issues on Windows PC

A number of Windows PC users are reporting various issues with Batman: Arkham Knight.

First comes news that the PC version of the game is locked at a framerate of 30fps, even though the game’s benchmarking tool is not.

Those who’ve edited the game’s .ini file have found the title will either lock up, slow down to 10fps or simply crash altogether.

Those with NVIDIA cards have been advised to disable SLI before playing, as their latest driver causes “severe stuttering”, “heavy flickering” and “crashing”.

Meanwhile, AMD card owners have been told that there are “known issues” with their equipment.

The game’s been receiving stellar reviews on console. Ours is coming shortly.
