Aussies named Max can win Turtle Beach Stealth headsets

Don't have "Max" within your name? Well, move along.

Five Star Games is launching one of its most peculiar contests to date, offering people named Max a chance to win one of several Turtle Beach Stealth headsets.

A total of 120 Stealth 60 Gen 2 MAX and 30 Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX headsets are up for grabs, chosen at random to those who enter the contest and verify “Max” is somehow part of their name. That’s Max, Maximillion, Maxine… you get it.

For those stung by the recent Optus data breach, not to worry — while Five Star will require that you verify your identity with photo ID, it has advised that users redact important information like drivers license or passport numbers. Your name and photo are really all that need to be viewable on your ID.

Moreover, any personal data as part of the contest will be stored inside Five Star’s OneDrive, with a representative from the company confirming “everything will be deleted 30 days after the giveaway concludes.”

If you’re comfortable with all that, you can head to this form on 14 October and register your details. Remember to redact!

A total of 150 winners will be selected at random from eligible entries; users will be notified within five days of the content’s closure.
