Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate gets a patch on consoles

A new console patch is available for Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate on both Xbox One and PS4.

The patch, around 725MB, brings improved performance and stability updates, fixes lip-sync delay, online issues and more. You can check out full patch notes here.
