Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Conquest gameplay pits 150 versus 150

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has a new mission type called Conquest and it’s the closest thing to a battle royale mode the game will get.

Thankfully, it’s not very close.

As Odyssey is completely single-player, the only thing Conquest shares with a battle royale mode is a large number of fighters on the screen at one time. In the mode, 150 friendly NPCs will face off against 150 enemy NPCs. As hero Kassandra or Alexios, you’re tasked to single out and assassinate enemy leaders in order to turn the tide of battle.

Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey heads to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 on 5 October, Ubisoft today announced. We’ve a post detailing all we know of the game here.

Steve Wright traveled to Los Angeles to cover Odyssey as a guest of Ubisoft. The arrangement does not impact our Ubisoft coverage, nor limit additional E3 2018 coverage.
